Welcome to Berkshire Creations! I hope you will see something here that sparks your imagination or reflects your values, or just makes you feel good when you wear it. I don't expect you to have any problems with any item that you purchase, but if you do, I will repair or replace it.
Shipping
Shipping by USPS Priority Mail with Shipping Confirmation is FREE within the continental US. Normally, I will ship in-stock items within 48 hours of payment clearing. If there will be an unavoidable delay, I will contact you.
Expedited shipping with USPS Express Priority Mail is also available. Send me a message through the Contact Me page and I will provide a quote for the adjusted shipping rate.
Insurance up to $100.00 is included with shipment; however, if you would like to add insurance (recommended for more expensive or one of a kind items), please send me a note in the Contact Me page and I will provide a quote for the adjusted shipping rate.
I will also ship to international locations as well by USPS First Class Mail. Unfortunately, I am not able to ship to locations outside the United States at no charge, but the cost will be calculated according to the destination location, and I will simply pass my costs on to you. There will be no handling or other charges.
Finally, I will use your mailing address as the "ship to" address unless you tell me a different address. Please make sure your information is correct upon checkout.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase! I don't expect you to have any problems with your purchase, but if you do, please let me know immediately.
I will be happy to issue a refund, if you are not pleased with your purchase.
For an item that is not damaged, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it and return it within 14 days, in its original condition, original box, and unworn. A refund will be issued as soon as I receive the returned item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.
For an item arrives damaged, I will be happy to repair or replace it, and the shipping is on me!
Later, if you need an item repaired, please contact me. Should an item need replacement pieces or components, I can usually replace these items at no additional charge. Again, just contact me.
Custom Orders and Multiples
I love to do custom orders. Generally, I require 1/2 of the purchase price in advance with the balance due upon receipt of the item. Use the “Contact Me” form if you need multiples of an item in my inventory or if you need something completely different!
